We’ve chosen these ingredients for our green juice recipe because of their nutritive properties. For example:
Kale:
is high in fiber, which suppresses your appetite and contains a numerous number of vitamins and antioxidants that are beneficial for your health. It also alkalizes the body.
Cucumbers:
are extremely low calorie, nutrient packed foods that contain phytonutrients that lower blood sugar, as well as being high in water and fiber content, making you feel fuller, longer.
Celery:
is also very low in calories and high in dietary fiber, while also being high in potassium and vitamin K.
Mint:
stimulates digestive processes that turn fat stores into usable energy.
Green apples:
improve your overall gut health and help reduce your body fat with polyphenols, all while tasting delicious and being low in calories and high in fiber.
Lemons:
