I have put together my favourite juicing recipes for weight loss. They are all designed to make sure that you get all of the nutrients that you need. Plus, they all have ingredients that aid weight loss and fight cravings for sugary or preservative enriched foods.
The serving size for each of the juices is set to 500ml, so you can tailor the amount of ingredients that you wish to use.

A good rule to stick to is that juices with more fruit that vegetables should be taken in the morning. And juices with more vegetables and minimal fruit can be had at any time of the day.
Fruit juices generally have more sugar and more calories. That is not to say that you should avoid them. They are great in the morning for a massive energy and boost. Plus they also help to fight off cravings.
Vegetable juices normally have fewer calories, and although they will still give you an energy boost, the affect is not as great as with a fruit juice. So, vegetable juices are a great option for any time of the day, and even at night time.
