Ingredients
- 4 Apple red or green
- 12 medium Carrot
- 1 piece young Ginger Root to taste

Instructions
- Wash all ingredients
- Soak ingredients in fresh water and a cup of white vinegar for 15 minutes to remove pesticides (not necessary if ingredients are organic)
- Drain the ingredients and cut into appropriate sizes for your juicer
- Juice all ingredients and store for 3-5 days (check instructions on your juicer for how long nutrients will last)
