Instructions
Wash all ingredients
Soak ingredients in fresh water and a cup of white vinegar for 15 minutes to remove pesticides (not necessary if ingredients are organic)
Drain the ingredients and cut into appropriate sizes for your juicer
Juice all ingredients and store for 3-5 days (check instructions on your juicer for how long nutrients will last)
