This recipe is designed to give you a range of vitamins and nutrients which will leave you feeling satisfied and reduce cravings

Ingredients
- 1 small Beetroot
- 6 medium Carrot
- 8 stalks Celery
- 2 Lebanese Cucumber
- 2 Pear
- 1 piece young Ginger Root to taste
Servings: or 2 litres
Instructions
- Wash all ingredients
- Soak ingredients in fresh water and a cup of white vinegar for 15 minutes to remove pesticides (not necessary if ingredients are organic)
- Drain the ingredients and cut into appropriate sizes for your juicer
- Juice all ingredients and store for 3-5 days (check instructions on your juicer for how long nutrients will last)
