        Ingredients    
                - 2 bunches Kale 18 stalks
- 6 stalks Celery
- 3 small Beetroot
- 12 medium Carrot
- 6 Lemon
- 2 large Apple green
- 3 Lebanese Cucumber
- 1 thumb sized piece fresh Turmeric or 1 heaped tsp powdered turmeric
- 2 thumb sized pieces young Ginger Root or to taste
- 1 bunch Parsley
        
    Servings: or 4 litres
    
                
        Instructions    
                - Wash all ingredients
- Soak ingredients in fresh water and a cup of white vinegar for 15 minutes to remove pesticides (not necessary if ingredients are organic)
- Drain the ingredients and cut into appropriate sizes for your juicer
- Juice all ingredients and store for 3-5 days (check instructions on your juicer for how long nutrients will last)
